New Circles (www.newcircles.ca) needed a full spectrum of creative and digital services. This nonprofit social service agency, which provides a range of social programs for disadvantaged residents in the Toronto area, required all services to be provided at minimal cost, or in trade for services-in-kind. They also sought ongoing consultancy for their branding and outreach. Some of these services had initially been provided by another company, but New Circles was unhappy with the work and was looking for a design and branding agency with higher standards of quality.
New Circles was founded on two programs: the Clothing Program and Holiday Angel Program, which continue to be cornerstones of the work they do today. Creative Faze was engaged to provide branding and design expertise throughout the organization. In September 2014, we launched our re-branding strategy.

Creative Faze’s web experts analyzed the website in development by a previous contractor, reengineered and optimized its code, and brought it back to life with fresh functionality and branding. The new website is responsive, and works across all devices (desktop, tablet and mobile).

As with all nonprofit organizations Creative Faze serves, we gladly provided many of our services to New Circles at a reduced cost, while still maintaining our highest standards of quality and reliability. Some services were provided entirely pro bono.
Creative Faze continues to provide New Circles with ongoing website support and maintenance, along with further website enhancements and a full range of other creative services.
