Hi, I’m Stacey Cruise. This is Karie McDougall from Tecasy Ranch. Just to give you a bit of background, Tecasy Ranch is a unique 550-acre forested space where individuals and groups are given the opportunity to connect with nature. When Farzana asked us to provide her a video testimonial, we were very happy to do that for her. We are not experts in the creation or the maintenance of a website, and it was so nice to engage with such a transparent, genuine company who does have that know-how. 

Creative Faze was super helpful and creative in designing our logo, which is here on our hats and our shirts, our emblem, which is on our ball caps, as well as our branding colours. They were also extremely professional and responsive to the upkeep of our Tecasy Ranch website. It was much appreciated that Farzana and her team at Creative Faze took the time to really understand our vision so that their work reflected our objectives. 

Yeah, and we take comfort in the fact that our website is constantly being monitored from the backend and when there are software updates to be done, Farzana lets us know and then those updates are done in a very timely manner. And if we have questions or we want to tweak how something is displayed on our website, Farzana and her team are there to take our call. 

Stacey and I can’t say enough about Farzana and her team at Creative Faze. They‘re wonderful to work with. They’re awesome people and they’ve really become part of our Tecasy Ranch family. Needless to say, we highly recommend their services. Thank you.
