I would like to extend our sincerest appreciation to Creative Faze for the work that they have undertaken for New Circles, in helping us to refine and develop our communications and branding materials.

As a non-profit agency, we are constantly required to promote the organization to a variety of stakeholders, including clients, volunteers, donors and institutional partners. Prior to engaging Creative Faze, our communications were inconsistent and were predominantly created in-house using rudimentary graphics and design, which did not reflect the standards and growth of the organization.

By engaging Creative Faze, we were able to review all our materials from digital to print and our designs so that the messaging and branding was consistent and reflected the vision and direction of the organization. With their help we were able to refine and refresh our website, letterhead, banners, annual report and other presentation templates to promote our programs and services.

I believe it was crucial for us to enhance our communications and marketing as the organization was gaining traction and growing. Creative Faze provided the professional perspective on how to approach our marketing, which enabled us to increase outreach to clients and volunteers, while also promoting our agency to funders to solicit valuable support.
